Oak Class "Grandparents" Day

In celebration of Grandparents Day, we invite Oak families to invite Grandparents/elderly friends and relatives to school. Our visitors are treated to refreshments served by Cedar class pupils and to spend time with their grandchildren in the Oak classroom playing games as part of our “Growing Together” time.

We appreciate that not all grandparents/representatives are able to attend due to a variety of reasons. Local elderly friends or neighbours can come and support in their stead. We do appreciate that some children won’t have a representative. Our experience is that children are happy talking to all visitors, even if they don’t have one of their own. 

Please remember that this event is for elderly only, not parents.

Oak families will need to have completed the provided google form to confirm a place.
